It wouldn't be Easter

Without our family's famous chocolate ricotta cheese pie. It's something my grandmother would make once a year, always at Easter. My wife has now perfected the complex recipe. Some of the ingredients are shaved chocolate, the zest of two lemons and one orange, many eggs and 5 pounds of ricotta cheese. It's always better the next day so this year she made it on Saturday. A real Italian tradition in our family. This is it before heading into the oven for 90 minutes.
