I am thinking of doing a project on Philadelphia Bike Messengers. I spent an hour or so as a test shoot with this woman in Center City. I mounted a camera on the back of my car and we drove through the city for 45 minutes or so while she was riding right behind the car. I was firing the camera via a remote from inside the car. The results are not what I wanted but it got me closer to what I am looking for. It's a learning process. We did, however, make some nice portraits, while not moving.

Philadelphia Bike Messengers

Maybe you need to get on a bike and ride with her! Mount the camera on the bike and carry another one around your neck. My friend Mike did "Bike-By's" when he lived in Boston by mounting a camera on his handlebars.
