Two Ladders

I had an assignment yesterday morning to shoot a set of three environmental corporate portraits. Turns out the shoot was canceled due to an illness. So I found myself in downtown Philadelphia with all of my gear and a few hours to kill. I went back to the parking garage and loaded my bags back into the car, kept the D3 and a 50mm 1.4 lens and nothing else. I spent the next 3 hours or so walking around old city seeing what I could find. One of the Colonial buildings was getting a paint job and I found these two ladders. I was originally thinking black and white but I'm liking the color more now.
It's one of my personal policies that when a job is cancelled for any reason, to find something to shoot anyhow. If the time was originally set aside for shooting, it should remain that way.
